Have you ever watched video clips or movies on Youtube with Khmer language? This is one great tool is developed by one group of Khmer youth about several days ago to translate Khmer running motion letter show on the Youtube screen while playing and was interested by a lot of people. Adding Khmer motion letter on Youtube is not only provide comfortable for Cambodians who are not familiar with English language, But also to promote Khmer literature in technology era which is growing strongly.
So in order to make sure, we can try as following:
1- Choose one video in Youtube which we want to show Khmer letter on Youtube
2- click on the cc (on the bottom of movie panel)
2- Click on Translate Captions(Combo Box)
3- We will see one language dialog box, please select "Khmer-ខ្មែរ"
Now you can test with this movie..
