The most facebook users always want their contents to spread out as much as possible when they post. So to do this many users try create facebook page to get more fans till advertise their page with facebook company to get more fans which is easy to broadcast their contents, some users create a group to gathering many people join as member. As you know with the facebook group feature, all members can post contents like group admin, but normal members can not show their contents on the top of group contents all the time like group admin(Pin). Pin is one method that allow to all admin of group can pin their content to located on the top even though some member post next from them.
To do this, please try the following:
- Post your content in a group
- Click on the arrow down sign on the top-right of your content hat you want to pin--> Pin Post
- Set Group Image Background
- Go to that group
- On the Background cover, there two option to upload image as in the picture
