We have known all together that email(electronic mail) is the most one important among others application for internet communication. We can send and receive mail with attachment files very quickly around the world. People use email in difference objectives from each others such as communicate with family, friends or education, business... For example being a busy businessman, you can not check your email all the time and you also don't want your customer or your guests who contact you by email upset when you're late to reply to them. Now this is one simple way which help you to solve this problem by reply automatically to your sender in a very short time called "Auto Respone". It means that when someone send email to you and you did not check it yet, it will automatically reply to your sender with your Meaning that you configured in a very short time. To do this, please follow the steps:
- Log into Google Account
- Choose Settings (on the top-right corner)
- Choose General Tab
- Scroll down till you see word Vacation responder. There are 2 options in Vacation responder which one is Vacation responder off (default) and another one is Vacation responder on
- Choose Vacation responder on then input the Subject and Message(meaning that will be auto replied to sender).
